Everything about Kara just screams quiet strength and poise. Because of this, those attributes are exactly what I aimed for in my edits.
The location of the shoot was Rockford, North Carolina. Rockford is a historic town, or rather the remains of one, that was the perfect place to capture these aspects of Kara’s personality.
With the entire town having heavy tree coverage, the available lighting in the shots varied considerably. This made the editing process even more important for achieving a uniform, consistent style in the final product.
